The system will prompt you to create an account before registering. This will allow you to revise your registration as needed later on. Then log in with the credentials you entered. If for any reason the Iris system asks you for which conference you are registering, please enter ASFS619 code to arrive at the correct conference link. Once you complete all your registration choices, please write down the total payment amount as the payment system will take you to a separate link and the total amount owed will not be reflected there. At this new link, please enter your amount to be paid and your credit card info. Once you pay you will receive a confirmation that includes an itemized list of your purchases.
If for any reason you need to revise your registration later on, please log back in and click on the “edit registration” button on the upper right-hand corner (not the Edit button where your purchased items are listed) and make changes as needed. If you need to add to your registration, the difference you owe will be reflected in the new checkout process and you will follow the same procedure to pay the difference. If you need to make any changes to your registration that requires a refund please contact Kevin Ricke, Fiscal Manager, at 907-751-7247, with your credit card number in order to get a refund. If your institution will pay for your registration but you need to pay for the rest we suggest you follow this order: You sign up for an account and only pick registration fees (say no to accommodation option). At the checkout, have your institution’s financial staff enter procard info to pay, receive confirmation. Re-log back in, edit your registration to add accommodation and other events and pay the difference with your credit card.

Conference registration includes access to all sessions, vending and exhibitors area, 3 breakfasts, 5 coffee/snack breaks, 5 wellness and movement breaks, welcoming reception at the Anchorage Museum (with appetizers and 2 local craft cocktails), and an outdoors Turkish picnic dinner (with döner sandwiches, baklava and 2 local beers/wine). Most of the food at the conference will highlight local food and food businesses such as local barley, birch syrup, bread/pilot bread, jams, ice cream, trail bites, salmon, and veggies along with a few chef demo sessions with sample tasting.
