Biography
Kathryn DuBois, Ph.D., an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Washington State University Vancouver, was a member of the UAA Justice Center faculty from 1995 to 2007, and continues as an affiliate faculty member. She received her Ph.D. in Criminology from Simon Fraser University in 1997 after completing MA and BA degree in criminal justice from New Mexico State University. Dr. DuBois' primary research interests revolve around the community and criminal justice system responses to violence in rural and indigenous communities.
