UAA IT Services has many different support channels ranging from self help to on-site visits.

Support Options

IT Services Service Center

The Technical Support Center has skilled technicians to provide assistance with a broad range of technical issues, including general account access, network connectivity, and assistance with University applications. Desktop Services provides assistance when issues cannot be resolved within normal efforts performed by the TSC. Our Audio/Video technicians provide troubleshooting and training for audio/video equipment and video teleconferencing tools.

Interactive Desktop Support

Students/Staff/Faculty/Employees

A LogMeIn Rescue Support Connection will allow a Support Center technician to login to your computer remotely. The technician can then see your workstation and assist you with troubleshooting program or system errors when opening or installing programs, video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Blackboard Collaborate/Collaborate Ultra, or general hardware/software issues.

Subscribe to IT Services Notifications

Billing Support

The IT Business Office provides support for UAA IT related billing for internal and external groups, including Desktop Services, AV Services, Telecommunication Services, and IT supported licensing programs.

Computer Lab Technicians

General use computer labs are staffed with lab technicians that can help you with your password, the lab computers, the lab software, and printing. Consultants are allowed to limit the time for assistance, particularly if others are waiting for help. Visit the computer labs site for more details about the support resources available.
