Covers key legislation such as the National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Air and Water Acts, Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, Executive Orders on Environmental Justice, etc. Involves substantial practical work, including hands-on, team exercises writing environmental documents related to NEPA, environmental assessment, and environmental impact statements.
