Planetarium & Visualization Theater Grand Reopening April 19th and April 26th

The Planetarium & Visualization Theater is hosting two nights of free shows to kick-off our grand reopening! These shows are open to the UAA Community and the public.

  • April 19th, 6:30pm & 8:00pm showing - "Phantom of the Universe" Narrated by Tilda Swinton
  • April 26th, 6:30 & 8:00pm showing -  "Black Holes: The Other Side of Infinity" Narrated by Liam Neeson

Booking Prices for the Planetarium & Visualization Theater

The fee for Planetarium usage is as follows:

  • Full use of Planetarium with presenter (general) $500 per hour
  • Full use of Planetarium with presenter (school/youth) $250 per hour
  • Full use of Planetarium (Title 1 school) $150 per hour
  • Full use of Planetarium with presenter (UAA class) no fee
