Study Abroad Option: students have the option, through a transfer agreement with Apicius, the Culinary Institute of Florence, to spend a semester abroad while completing their AAS degree.

The Culinary Arts AAS program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation’s Accrediting Commission.

The division is located in Lucy Cuddy Hall, on the west side of the UAA main campus. Featuring state of the art culinary and bakery labs, a retail bakery sales venue and a student-run upscale restaurant, Lucy’s, where Culinary Arts and HA students learn both the front and back of house operations.
