Spring 2015: Supervisor Safety Training offered every Thursday this March

Supervisors have many responsibilities under state and federal law and university policy. Doing your job well can be a rich and rewarding experience, for yourself and your employees. Doing it not so well, however, can land them in the hospital and you in a compliance nightmare and/or court. Learn what you need to do to protect your employees and yourself, physically and legally. Environmental Health & Safety and Risk Management Support (EHSRMS) has developed these classes especially for the supervisors on campus, but it can also be of interest to line staff. If you are a supervisor or if you have a supervisor, please plan to attend one of the upcoming sessions listed below.
March 19, 1-3 p.m. Rasmuson Hall, Room 110 (lecture hall)
March 26, 2-4 p.m. University Lake Building, Room 104 (HR conference room)
There will also be another session in April in the University Center. The exact time and location will be announced shortly.
