Sept. 10, 2015: Contribute to University Lake Park Master Plan at open house
The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) Parks and Recreation Department will host a public open house Thursday, Sept. 10, 5:30–7:30 p.m., at the BP Energy Center, to obtain community input and ideas for the University Lake Park Master Plan.
2015 Radical Reels Tour
The Radical Reels program is made up of short, action-packed climbing, paddling, mountain biking, BASE jumping, skiing, snowboarding and other adrenaline sport films. The show will play at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium Sept. 25. Tickets on sale now.

The UAA Integrated Suicide Prevention Initiative (UAA-ISPI) offers suicide prevention training for students to help them recognize suicide risk and feel confident intervening with someone who may be suicidal. Read more to learn how to register for an upcoming session.

Think Tank Series: 'How do we provide enough nutritious food for every Alaskan?' Sept. 10
Think Tanks are a monthly community engagement experience in which a nonprofit agency presents a challenge or issue and attendees brainstorm solutions for the organization. Come assist this month's guest agency, Food Bank of Alaska, and contribute to the discussion.
