Fitness schedule for Oct. 26-30

Take a short break to participate in a free fitness session led by a UAA HPER student.
15-minute fitness: Strength training with resistance tubes Monday, Oct. 26, 2:30-2:45 p.m. University Center, room TBA
15-minute fitness: Stretching and core strength Wednesday, Oct. 28, 10-10:15 a.m. Center for Human Development
30-minute fitness walk: Walking and body weight strength exercises Friday, Oct. 30, 12-12:30 p.m. University Center (meet by UAA Perk/UC Bookstore)
Other locations, days and times will be arranged. All sessions will be added to the UAA master calendar as details are announced.
