Seawolves head to national title game April 4, 2016

"I just couldn't be more proud of our group," said UAA head coach Ryan McCarthy, whose team broke the NCAA Div. II single-season record with its 38th victory. "We really executed the game plan for a team that was completely different than our Elite Eight (quarterfinals) matchup (vs. Francis Marion). Fifty-five minutes to prepare isn't a lot of time, but I just feel really confident with the seven seniors on our team. They have great leadership and really understand what we're trying to do here as a program from a defensive standpoint and offensive execution."
