Two Anchorage orthopedic specialists join Premera Network

UAA employees covered by the UA Choice health plans have experienced a distinct lack of in-network orthopedic surgeons in the Southcentral community. One orthopedic surgeon in Anchorage, Tower Joint Replacement Clinic, will join the Premera network effective July 8.
Stephen Tower, MD, is the new doctor for orthopedic surgery. Rick Miller, PA-C, assists with procedures at the clinic and is available to see patients in an office setting.
Both will be paid at in-network rates with no balance billing for all lines of business.
