Discover the benefits of a digital detox. Our dependence on technology and increasing fear of missing out (FOMO) can compromise our cognitive skills. Internationally renowned motivational speaker Brian Luke Seaward will discuss why and how to practice mindfulness meditation to quiet the mind as a counterbalance against digital toxicity and digital dementia.

The event is free and open to the public.
