Delta Alpha Pi International Honor Society Candlelight Ceremony Tuesday, Oct. 3, 5:30-7:30 p.m. UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 307

Join us for a candlelight event to celebrate the induction of new members to UAA's brand-new chapter of Delta Alpha Pi, an academic honor society founded to recognize high-achieving students with disabilities.

Table Fair Wednesday, Oct. 4, 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Student Union

Mythbusters Panel: Takin' it to the Streets Thursday, Oct. 5, 5:30-7:30 p.m. UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 307

UAA students, staff and faculty who experience disabilities will discuss what accessibility really means.

Faculty Learning Community: Accessibility In Higher Education Fridays, Oct. 13, 20 and 27, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 214

In a cooperative venture with Disability Support Services (DSS), CAFE is offering UAA faculty the opportunity to meet three times during the fall 2017 semester to discuss best practices for ensuring access for all students and implementing the principles of Universal Design.
