Global Opportunities Expo Wednesday, Oct. 11, 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Student Union, Upper Hallway

Engage with peers from other countries on exchange at UAA, as well as with UAA students who have studied abroad. Delve into exchange and study-away opportunities open to you through UAA study abroad partner programs and National Student Exchange (NSE)-quality programs that afford you the chance to take unique courses, and/or pursue language and culture studies, internships, service learning or research.

While you are there, seek information from faculty in the College of Business and Public Policy, Department of  International Studies and Department of Languages about how to connect the dots academically. Get answers to questions about financial aid, scholarships, University Honors College, UAA Confucius Institute, career resources on campus and more. For social events, check out the United Global Student Organization.

The Peace Corps, Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program and Alaska World Affairs Council will also be featured at the expo.
