Stars of the Alaskan Sky - Monsters Edition Friday, Oct. 27, 6:30 p.m. Tickets
Have you ever looked up at the night sky and wondered what you were seeing? What is that bright object on the horizon? And where is the Big Dipper? In a special all-live presentation, we'll take you on a tour of the night sky and show you what you can see during our long winter nights. You'll learn about what constellations are visible, how to look for the moon, and what planets you can see. And best of all, it will be a balmy 68 degrees inside the planetarium! This special edition will focus on the mythical monsters, scary secrets and eerie objects hidden in the stars.
AudioDome Live! with Super Citizen Friday, Oct. 27, 8 p.m. Tickets
AudioDome is back at the Planetarium with a live show featuring Super Citizen. Formerly known as Daughtershouldsnamedher, this three-piece psychedelic progressive rock band is described as "creating new energetic music out of the endless spectrum of emotions and perspectives." Their music is a perfect symbiotic soundscape for the planetariums extraterrestrial visuals.
