Call center outages

UPDATE Feb. 10, 4:30 p.m.: UAA call centers are now operational. ITS staff and the vendor worked diligently to resolve the issue. Thanks for their efforts to get the Technical Support Center and the Student Services Support Center back up and running.

Dear UAA Community,

As of 7 a.m. Feb. 10, inbound calls to the Technical Support Center and the Student Services Support Center have not been operational. Technicians have been working diligently to restore this capability, but the issue has still not been resolved as of 2 p.m. In the interim, if you need IT or Student Services Support, please send an email to the corresponding address below:

Staff will be monitoring these emails real-time and will call you back.

Additionally, you can submit your IT requests and search IT knowledgebase articles at the Seawolf Tech Portal.

Another correspondence will be sent when this issue has been resolved.
