IT Services VPN upgrade notification

IT Services is performing a maintenance upgrade to the VPN concentrator beginning on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at 10 p.m. through 12 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11. The upgrade will patch several security issues and provide for compatibility with MacOS Catalina.
Once completed, your Cisco AnyConnect VPN client should trigger an automatic upgrade. Once upgraded, you should be able to use the VPN client as you always have.
