Supervising for Success Training

The University of Alaska Human Resources is pleased to announce the Supervising for Success training series. There are three modules, each scheduled for 1.5 hours. Topics include effective employee management and supervisor responsibilities, overview of pertinent policies and regulations, workplace safety and accommodation, basic compensation, recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, performance management, and professional development. Detailed information is available in the myUA Learning Library.

Completed training will be recorded in the attendee’s myUA employee services dashboard training record. For more information and to sign up for each module please follow the links below. The modules will be offered virtually by Zoom which also includes a call-in option for those with limited internet connectivity. We ask that you please sign up no later than two days before the selected training date so we can make sure everyone has the training information and materials.
