UAA's Department of Residence Life is now recruiting for the position of Residence Coordinator (RC) for the apartment communities on residential campus. Residence Life provides students with a living and learning environment that supports the academic success and personal development of our students. Our Residence Coordinators are live-in, professional staff members who play a vital role in supporting our residents and taking a holistic approach to their care.
We are seeking candidates eager to work and live with our diverse population of students and assist them as they navigate the collegiate experience. Candidates with experience working in residential settings, especially in an educational context, will be well prepared to work as a part of our team. Similarly, a flexible candidate who is willing to work hard in this challenging position, will find that they are engaged in deeply meaningful and rewarding work that makes a difference in the lives of students.
Please note that candidates must have earned a master’s degree from an accredited institution by the start date. Candidates are also required to reside in a professional staff member apartment. This is a full-time, 10-month, three-year term position.
