Managing Up for Professional Success

Knowing how to work with your supervisor is one of the most challenging but important components of a successful career. Sign up for CommPsych's training session, Friday, Dec. 16, 11 a.m.-12 noon, which will provide tips on how to “manage up” to build a successful, transparent and mutually beneficial relationship with your boss. Through an interactive session and reflective activities, participants learn concrete steps to better “manage up” to their supervisor.
