The UAA Learning Commons under the Office of Student Success is excited to hire a Peer Programming, Mentoring, and Coaching Program Director to support the academic development and educational goals of all UAA students through peer-to-peer (near peer) programming. The successful candidate will be energetic, passionate, innovative, and emanate an attitude of care. The program director will be responsible for helping launch the Learning Assistant Program and supervising a team of undergraduate Learning Assistants in collaboration with designated faculty participants. This position will also be responsible for launching the upcoming peer mentoring and peer academic coaching programs offered through the Learning Commons.
