We are calling all UAA accounting students! Our next club membership meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 4 p.m. in RH207. The purpose of this club membership meeting is to hold the 2023-2024 UAA Accounting Club Executive Board elections for next year's team. We are calling all accounting students to gain an opportunity to run for any of the following positions below. This is an excellent way to add this opportunity under the volunteer experiences section on your job resume! Many accounting employers love to see any volunteer experiences on your job resume knowing that you have a good balanced between your school, work (if there is one), and being on the Executive Board; there are always good chances you will be hired in an accounting firm!

The following board positions are OPEN for Fall 2023/Spring 2024 academic year:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Director of Finance
• Director of Programs
• Director of Public Relations

If you would like to learn more about the positions, please send us an email! No previous experience is needed. The current board members of the UAA Accounting Club Executive Board will provide an opportunity to train you and what you will be doing under your specific position, meaning that you will have a good support system. We will be happy to assist you in any way if you come up with any questions or aren't sure what you are supposed to do throughout the year!
