25Live provides a central scheduling system for the University of Alaska Anchorage. It is currently used by the Anchorage, Kodiak, Mat-Su & Valdez campuses. It allows departments to schedule spaces and equipment; generate invoices; publish to and generate web calendars; and populate electronic signs. It allows students, faculty and staff across the UA System to, see room availability; request the use of spaces and equipment; and request events to go on web calendars. 25Live can be customized in many different ways making it adaptable to many different scheduling needs. For more details, check the section below on Why Use 25Live for Scheduling.
Anyone with an active UA Login has access to the below 25Live sites. The TEST sites
are used for training and testing. If you would like to practice creating events and
see how it works login to TEST, nothing you do will be processed.
Desktop: This site has more options available when creating events and searching. It allows the users to look at multiple things and work on multiple events at one time. We recommend the use this site if creating complicated events or when you are having trouble finding a Location or Resource.
Mobile: This site has a much simpler navigation and appearance designed for mobile devices. Users can only be looking at one thing at a time. It does not have any of the extra search options that exist in Desktop. Many of the options used for creating complicated events are not available. We recommend the use of this site by users that know the Location they want for simple events.
Admin Utility: This is the site used to edit information on Contacts, Organization, Locations and Resources. Please be aware that just because you can login does not mean you will have access to anything.
