There are big changes ahead for both culinary alumna Sam Wagner and for Sweet Caribou, the local business she recently joined. Sam and her team are moving into a permanent storefront and kitchen to continue crafting delicious Parisian pastries called macarons, a fast-growing staple on the Anchorage market circuit.
