UAA College of Arts and Sciences 2024 Summer Camp Registration Open!

The UAA College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) departments are excited to kick off the 2024 summer camps taking place this June!

There are a total of 11 camps hosted by several of the CAS departments including:

  • UAA Dance Camp (Grades 6-8th)
  • Papermaking From Scrap! From the Studio to the Recycle Center, and Back Again (Grades 6-8th)
  • Behavior Explorer Camp (Grades 6-8th)
  • Celebrating Diversity Through United Nations Camp (Grades 6-8th)
  • Bone Detectives: Forensic Anthropology (Grades 6-8th)
  • Book Binding & Printmaking (Grades 6-8th)
  • Guitar Camp (Grades 6-8th)
  • Games, Puzzles, and Math (Grades 6-8th)
  • Painted Sculpture (Grades 9-12th)
  • Creative Writing (Grades 9-12th)
  • Understanding the Human Figure Through Drawing and Clothing Adornment  (Grades 9-12th)

These camps are for grades 6-8 and 9-12. Students will have the opportunity to dive into interactive and fun activities that highlight each profession. Based on their preferred camp choice, students will discover the tools that these professions rely on, while also having fun! Camp dates range from the week of June 3 to the week of June 17.
