Spring 2014: Dr. Alex Hills Engineering & Civic Engagement Award

The Center for Community Engagement & Learning (CCEL) seeks proposals from UAA undergraduate engineering students for this year's Dr. Alex Hills Engineering & Civic Engagement Award.
Engineering students are encouraged to apply for this $2,500 award to use their engineering knowledge and practice for the benefit of society. The award recipient will conduct a community-engaged learning project that solves engineering and technology-based problems in partnership with a local organization, under the supervision of an engineering faculty member.
