USPS rates set to increase starting Jan. 26

An increase in United States Post Office (USPS) rates will go into effect Jan. 26, 2014. Increased rates include:
Letters (1 oz.): 49 cents Letters (additional ounces): 21 cents International Letters (1 oz.): $1.15 Postcards: 34 cents
