Free movie: 'Speaking in Tongues' - April 5, 2014

Saturday, April 5, 1:30-4:30 p.m. Fine Arts Building, Room 150
Come watch a special screening of the much-acclaimed documentary "Speaking in Tongues." The event will start with a small reception at 1:30 p.m., followed by the movie at 2 p.m. The documentary is one hour long and will be followed by a panel discussion on language education, bilingualism and multiculturalism. The panelists are:
- Patricia Fagan, associate professor of Spanish
- Elena Farkas, adjunct faculty of Russian
- Hiroko Harada, professor of Japanese
- Aline Hopkins, adjunct faculty of French
- Brandon Locke, ASD World Languages director
- Jo Sanders, curriculum coordinator for Rilke Schule (German immersion school)
