20150505-Moose Movie PosterThe UAA Wendy Williamson Auditorium is proud to host the Anchorage premiere of "Moose: The Movie," a live-action, comedy/suspense, feature-length film written by Tundra comic strip duo Chad and Darin Carpenter.

"Moose" is the story of two park rangers in the tiny town of Gangrene Gulch, Alaska, who, with the help of a young coroner's assistant, must do battle with an ancient, mythological half-man/half-moose. Catch UAA students, staff and alumni in this fantastically fun movie, "made by Alaskans and for Alaskans."

"...Bright, fast-paced, well-produced, utterly entertaining and very amusing. Think 'Whale Fat Follies' meets 'Scrubs.' -Alaska Dispatch News review

"Moose" will play in the Wendy Williamson Auditorium Thursday, May 14, at 6 p.m. and again at 9 p.m. Discount tickets for UAA students, faculty and staff are available at this link. For the trailer and more information, visit moosethemovie.com.
