'Change Leadership' – rescheduled for November 2015

by Michelle Saport  |

Two sessions: Nov. 3 and 17, 2015 Instructor: Kitty Farnham

In today's world, change is constant and accelerating. The environment is described as VUCA: volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous. Success requires leadership at all levels -- being "change-able" to learn from and adapt to what emerges. Identifying and addressing complex challenges requires broad engagement from every part of an organization. Leading is not just for the corner office. Creating a culture that embraces the opportunities presented by change calls for leadership and ownership at every level, every day, in big, small, significant and sustainable ways. This session presents proven models for change leadership at the organizational, cultural and personal level. Learn how the design of the work environment contributes to culture, commitment and results. Through personal leadership at any level, learn how you can build an organization that embraces and flourishes in the uncertainty of change.

This program has been approved for 15 (HR(General)) re-certification credit hours towards PHR, SPHR and GPR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute.
