Running a volunteer program is a challenge, for volunteers as well as paid staff. This workshop will focus on the basics of running a volunteer program, from recruitment to evaluation.
Marianne Kerr will lead this workshop. She has more than 30 years of experience working with volunteer programs and has earned the CVA (Certified in Volunteer Administration), an international certification in volunteer administration.
