Congratulations to Gail Ealy, senior HR consultant with Human Resource Services, on being named the Administrative Services Employee of the 1st Quarter FY16.
Gail can always be relied upon for help with many questions, problems and situations to be remedied in a professional and expedient manner. She often answers emails after hours or on her day off to provide needed answers to the units she serves. She helps navigate regulatory compliance issues that govern employee issues and demonstrates an incredible initiative and a strong dedication to representing the university with compliant-reliable advice. Personnel issues can be daunting to managers and directors and Gail always listens and acts in the best interest of the university. She leads by example and many people find her enthusiasm and dedication both inspiring and motivating. She is always ready to assist with questions or concerns and works hard to build authentic relationships.
Gail is a motivated person of numerous talents and considerable self-discipline. She is an integral part of the hard working Human Resources team and we are lucky to have such a superb employee at UAA!
