Expanding Your Business Through Government Contracts Thursday, Dec. 3, 9-10:30 a.m. 1901 Bragaw St., Ste. 199 Register here.

If you are a small business interested in selling to the government but are not sure how to get started, this class is for you. Focusing on the basics, this class covers: how to determine if your business is ready to start government contracting; strategies for identifying whether the government buys what you sell and, if so, which agencies are buying; and the pros and cons of doing business with the government. Government contracts can be lucrative, but not all businesses are well suited for government contracting. This class is especially for those who are thinking about entering this market but want more information before making the leap.

Join Donna Steward, program specialist with the Procurement Technical Assistance Center, as she discusses business readiness for government contracting and identifies resources to help you get started.
