In collaboration with the HPER Department, Intramurals Sports is offering the following classes for students, faculty and staff:
Foundational Stability Tuesday, Nov. 17, 11 a.m.-noon Wells Fargo Sports Complex, Studio
Boxing Basics Tuesday, Nov. 17, 12-1 p.m. Wells Fargo Sports Complex, Room 218
Weight Lifting Tuesday, Nov. 17, 3-4 p.m. Wells Fargo Sports Complex, Olympic Lifting Room
Racquet Sports Thursday, Nov. 19, 2:15-3:15 p.m. Wells Fargo Sports Complex, Gym
Fitness Boot Camp Thursday, Nov. 19, 4:30-5:30 p.m. Wells Fargo Sports Complex, Studio
Water Aerobics Thursday, Nov. 19, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wells Fargo Sports Complex, Pool
Classes are free of charge. The only requirement is proper workout attire and great attitudes.
