Little Black Dress Doesn't Mean Yes - Feb. 4

by Michelle Saport  |

Little Back Dress Doesn't Mean Yes is an event to promote the importance of active consent. UAA students are encouraged to wear a little black dress or dress shirt and black tie to school on Thursday, Feb. 4, to show their support of the fact that an outfit doesn't imply consent for sex. As part of the event, there will be a black dress and black tie mixer at 7:30 p.m. in the Student Union Den. Free food, mocktails, music and resources will be provided.

The Little Black Dress Doesn't Mean Yes is being put on by the Student Health and Counseling Center in concert with multiple other organizations on campus to bring awareness to sexual assault in and around the UAA campus community.
