June 10, 2016: Administrative Services closures for division-wide meeting

Several Administratvie Services offices will be closed this Friday, June 10, so that staff may attend a division-wide meeting. Departments will be open/closed as follows.

  • Athletics will close at 11 a.m. for the day.
  • Business Services
  • General Support Services (Seawolf Postal Express, Copy & Print Center, Surplus & Relocation) will close at 11 a.m.
    • Note: Seawolf Postal Express/Central Receiving will close the service counter at 10:30 a.m. to process all morning mail. There will be no afternoon mail routes this day.
  • Parking Services will be closed
  • Seawolf Shuttle
    • There will be no campus shuttle service Friday, June 10. Please see posted schedules for details. Regular route times will resume Monday, June 13.
  • UAA Campus Bookstore will close at 11 a.m.
    • Drowsy Wolf will close at 10 a.m.
  • University Center Bookstore will close at 11 a.m.
    • UAA Perk will close at 10 a.m.

  • Wendy Williamson will remain open.
  • Budget Office will be closed 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Facilities and Campus Services will close at 11 a.m.
    • UAA Fueling Station at Gordon Hartlieb Hall will be closed.
    • If assistance is needed, please call (907) 786-6980 for information.
  • Facilities Maintenance and Work Management Offices will be closed 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
    • For emergencies, call UPD at (907) 786-1120 or leave a message on our office phone at (907) 786-6980.
  • EHSRMS will be closed 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m., but will be available on-call.
    • Please call UPD at (907) 786-1120 if an emergency arises.
  • Financial Services will be closed 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
    • Cashiering
    • Accounts Payable
    • Wolfcard Office
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Financial Aid Disbursements
  • Human Resource Services will close at 11 a.m.
  • Information Technology Services will close at 11 a.m.
    • However the UAA Switchboard 6-1800 and the Service Call Center 6-4646, and Audio Visual will remain open
  • Procurement Services will close at 11 a.m.
  • University Police Department will remain open.
  • Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services Office will be closed 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
