Celebrate the 2016 Dragon Boat Festival at UAA

The UAA Confucius Institute is proud to present the 2016 Dragon Boat Festival. We will be making traditional Chinese cuisine called "zongzi," which is sticky rice mixed with assorted fillings wrapped in bamboo leaves. We will also be sharing stories about the Dragon Boat Festival's exciting history.
