Summer 2016: Please take a few minutes to comment on Seward Highway passing lanes

by Michelle Saport  |

The passing lanes on the Seward Highway between the Turnagain Pass rest area and the rest area near the Hope Junction, specifically Milepost 60-66, are being evaluated for the Department of Transportation & Physical Facilities (DOT&PF). Researchers in the UAA College of Engineering are conducting an online survey to get drivers' input on the passing-lane project. The survey is open today and is anticipated to close in early August. The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete.
