UAA was a founding member of the Alaska Women's Hall of Fame, which is in its ninth year of identifying fabulous women, at least 65 years of age if alive, or deceased, who've made a difference in the trajectory of Alaskan history-in their communities, statewide or of national importance. Nominations are now open and strongly invited. To nominate, visit alaskawomenshalloffame.org/nominate. Nominations are due Jan. 23, 2017.
