Fall 2016: Carve a pumpkin, win a prize

Celebrate the season by participating in the UAA Bookstore Pumpkin Carving Contest, open to all. To sign up, visit the UAA Campus Bookstore. The first 10 registrants will get a free pumpkin. All pumpkins will go on display at the UAA Campus Bookstore, and the carvers of the most popular pumpkins (as voted by the public) will win prizes. The first-place winner will earn one UAA Bookstore gift card; the second-place winner will receive one UAA T-shirt of their choice (up to $25).

Key dates: Oct. 25 - Free pumpkins for registered participants available for pick-up Oct. 28 - Pumpkins due by 8 a.m. Oct. 29 - Voting at UAA Campus Bookstore Oct. 31 - Winners announced
