New book from Darren Prokop, 'Global Supply Chain Security and Management'

Professor Darren Prokop's new book, Global Supply Chain Security and Management: Appraising Programs, Preventing Crimes, was recently published by Elsevier. The book uses techniques in logistics management and game theory to make sense of post-9/11 security regulations and their impacts on shippers and carriers. Topics in terrorism, natural disasters and cyber-security are featured.
Global Supply Chain Security and Management is available at the UAA Campus Bookstore. Darren Prokop will speak at the bookstore on Wednesday, Sept. 13 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Darren Prokop, Ph.D., is a professor of logistics in the UAA College of Business and Public Policy and director of the M.S. in Global Supply Chain Management Program at UAA.
