Information Session: Understand the Incentive Design to Earn Your FY19 Wellness Reward Thursday, Sept. 21, 2-3 p.m. UAF (Duckering 342) and via webinar
Employees and spouses (as well as financially interdependent partners) enrolled in the UA Choice health plan are eligible to earn a rebate of up to $600 on their FY19 health care contribution by completing a few simple steps before April 30, 2018. Join UA's Healthyroads Program Manager Sara Rodewald to learn more about the FY18 wellness program and requirements in this presentation.
To participate remotely, simply follow this link to join at the presentation start. Call-in details will be provided upon joining. Be sure to have both computer and phone access so that you can fully view and hear the session. If you are planning on attending in person, simply show up.
