Preview the upcoming UAA volleyball season and meet the Seawolves at an exhibition match against alumni this Friday, Aug. 25, at 7 p.m. in the Alaska Airlines Center. This game is free and open to the public.
Last season's team recorded the best results in program history, reaching the NCAA Div. II National Title Match and earning its second straight Great Northwest Athletic Conference outright title, while posting records of 34-3 overall and 19-1 in league.
The Seawolves were dubbed a narrow favorite to "three-peat" their league championship this season in the 2017 Great Northwest Athletic Conference Volleyball Preseason Poll, released Aug. 22.
Following Friday's exhibition match, the next chance to catch the Seawolves on home turf is the D2 West Region Volleyball Showcase, set for Sept. 7-9 at the Alaska Airlines Center. Tickets for the tournament are on sale now at AlaskaAirlinesCenter.com.
