On-site biometric screenings set for Dec. 13, 2017

University of Alaska is pleased to announce that we will once again offer on-site biometric screenings for all employees, spouses and FIPs currently enrolled in the UA Choice health plan. Those who have not already participated in a biometric screening for FY18 (5/1/17-4/30/18) through your health care provider will be able to participate.

Be sure to check your Healthyroads account beforehand-if you met the biometric outcomes with your FY17 biometric screening, you are not required to complete a screening this year. (But if you still want to complete a screening, you are welcome to do so!)

Appointments must be scheduled online and you can access registration using the link below. All up-to-date information regarding the screenings is also posted on the UA benefits/wellness page.

This event is now filled! The following are additional options for completing the biometric screening. All details for these are provided on the UA benefits/wellness page; just scroll until you see Biometric Screening Information.

  1. UAA Student Health and Counseling Center
  2. Quest Patient Services
  3. Schedule an appointment with your health care provider for an annual preventive exam, including the biometrics. You will need to take along the health care provider form to be completed and then return it to Healthyroads.
