Prepare yourself for a deeply moving evening of music. On Dec. 2, the University Singers will perform a program of works for voices and string orchestra. The featured piece on the program will be Arvo Part's ethereal and meditative Stabat Mater. A deeply spiritual composer, who found his own musical language with "a love of every note" at its heart, Part is one of the most performed living composers of his time. Tickets are on sale now ArtsUAA.com.
