Attention, juniors: Become a Truman Scholar; initial applications due Jan. 3, 2018

UAA juniors invited to apply for Truman ScholarshipStudents who are identified as juniors by the registrar on their UAA transcripts and expect to graduate during the 2018-19 academic year are eligible to apply for the Truman Scholarship in the 2018 competition.

To be considered for nomination, a student must be:

  • a full-time junior student at UAA
  • committed to a career in public service
  • in the upper quarter of his or her class
  • a United States citizen or national
