Dec. 11, 2017: Reception honoring Samantha M. Mack, first UA student to receive Rhodes Scholarship

You are invited to a reception honoring 2018 U.S. Rhodes Scholar Samantha M. Mack:

UAA alumna and graduate student Samantha M. Mack is the first student from the University of Alaska to receive a prestigious U.S. Rhodes Scholarship. An Aleut woman from King Cove, Samantha studies political theory from an indigenous and feminist perspective. She plans to pursue an M.Phil. in Politics at Oxford.
