Open enrollment for FY19 benefits ends May 11, 2018

by Michelle Saport  |

Open Enrollment is going on now through May 11! This is your annual opportunity to change your health plan, add or drop dependents, elect a Flexible Spending Account, supplemental life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance (AD&D).

At the Open Enrollment website, you'll find helpful links to information on the plans, rates and supporting documentation to answer any questions you may have. This year, we're doing it all online with secure access through UAOnline. Just log in to UAOnline, go to Employee Services and follow the instructions for open enrollment, then log in to the NextGen form again using your UA credentials. You'll sign it electronically and be able to print a PDF copy of your completed form containing your enrollment choices.

If you don't want to make any changes and you don't want a Flexible Spending Account in FY19, you don't need to do anything for open enrollment.

For questions or assistance, join Human Resources Benefits at an upcoming open lab. We will still have one open lab scheduled for the last day of Open Enrollment:

  • Friday, May 11, 11:30 a.m.-1:15 p.m. Rasmuson Hall, Room 216

(Please note the open labs for Friday, May 4 and Wednesday, May 9 have been canceled.)

Learn more at the Open Enrollment website. If you have any questions, please reach out to your local campus office.
