UAA Employee Wellness offers free wellness breaks for all employees, including student workers. Take a look at the July schedule below and plan to take a break for wellness.
Jazzercise Wellness Breaks July 10-Aug. 2 Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30-5 p.m. Cuddy Quad (or Eugene Short Hall, Room 104 during poor weather)
Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost. Led by nursing professor, Cindy Booher.
