Kim Morton named associate director of Student Life and Leadership

Please join Student Affairs in congratulating Kim Morton, who has accepted the permanent position of associate director of Student Life and Leadership.
Kim joined SLL and UAA last summer as interim associate director of Student Leadership, developing SLL's student leadership program; supporting Student Clubs and Greek Life, Student Media and Student Boards; and advising USUAA student government. Kim's more than 17 years of directly relevant experience working in student affairs will continue to be an incredible asset to SLL, Student Affairs and the university community.
Prior to her arrival at UAA, Kim served as associate director of the Student Involvement Center at Saint Louis University. Kim's background also includes work in residence life, university housing and student conduct at the University of Maryland, Illinois State University and Rhodes College. She holds a Master of Science in higher education from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in math education from the University of Central Florida.
